Senior Portrait Session – Sandra – Amador high School Photographer

SENIOR PORTRAIT SESSION WITH SANDRA – Preview Images
I went out today with Sandra from Amador High School in northern California, and captured a quite a few senior photographs. We traveled to Pine Grove and Volcano, California.  We were having some cloudy weather, but it seems to always turns out just great. Sandra brought her sister, and both of them were really nice and just wanted to have fun. So, we did. The gentlemen in the town of Volcano, California, next to the favorite restaurant of many, St. George Hotel and restaurant, happen to be there and hold the keys to the amphitheater next to the park.  He saw us photographing and asked if we wanted to take a few photographs inside. We were getting ready to wrap up, and I was like,…what the heck. So, he unlocked the gate, and chatted with us for a while. Thank you gentle character for being so kind.

This first shot here was perfect with her sweater, as the sun was going down showing some purple in the sky, and I couldn’t just leave without a few shots.

I love her eyes and dangling swirly hair in this shot.

Ahh,…this is inside the amphitheater where the town key-holder allowed us to get a few shots before the sun dropped.

Seriously, we had a good time. I think one of the reasons photography likes me is not just capturing life and art, but the interaction between so many people from different experiences and walks of life. I get along with strangers real well, probably because I’m bent towards the extrovert personality.

Can you believe they are sisters, same mom and dad? They don’t even look alike. I know,..it’s crazy. However, they are nine years apart, and I’m really not sure how that works, but both of them are wonderful people.
